What is T-Shirt Designer?

The T-Shirt Designer allows you to design your very own custom T-Shirt. You can decorate your shirt with popular Webkinz pets, symbols, characters. When you are happy with your T-Shirt, you can order it from the Ganz eStore. With every T-Shirt you purchase, you will receive a Feature Code for use in Webkinz World, which will unlock a Clothing Gift Box and a Custom Framed T-Shirt.

How do I order my Custom T-Shirt?

The T-Shirt Designer application can be accessed from both Ganz eStore and Webkinz World. Once you are in the T-Shirt Designer, you simply choose your color of T-Shirt, create your design and add custom text. When you are happy with your design, simply select the T-Shirt you would like to order and click “Next”. You will then be able to select sizes and quantities you wish to order. Please note that all T-Shirt designs and messages are subject to review and approval by Ganz. Any messages deemed inappropriate will not be approved and the T-Shirt order will be cancelled.

How much do T-Shirts cost?

T-Shirt prices vary based on the color of shirt you select. The price is NOT based on size of the shirt you order or the amount of text or images you add so feel free to create a detailed design!

White T-Shirts: $15.95

Light Color T-Shirts (Sport Grey, Sand, Daisy, Pale Pink, and Light Blue): $21.95

Dark Color T-Shirts (Orange, Red, Kelly Green, Royal Blue, Navy, Purple, and Black): $24.95

Why are light and dark T-Shirts more expensive than a white T-Shirt?

For your picture and text to show up clearly, Ganz T-Shirt designer adds a base layer to both the light and dark t-shirts that isn’t required when printing on a white t-shirt. This extra layer makes your t-shirt look great but does add the extra cost.

Do I need a Webkinz account to buy my Custom T-Shirt?

You do not need to have a Webkinz World account if you want to buy a Custom T-Shirt; however, the Feature Code that you receive when you purchase the T-Shirt is only usable on an active Webkinz World account.

How will I know when my T-Shirt design has been approved?

All T-Shirt designs are subject to review by a team at Ganz that will be checking to ensure that no inappropriate images or profanity have been inadvertently created. Upon approval, you will receive an email and your order status will change to “approved”.

When will I receive my Feature Code?

With every T-Shirt purchased, you will receive a Feature Code for use in Webkinz World, which will unlock a Clothing Gift Box and a Custom Framed T-Shirt. The Feature Code will be sent to you by email, once your T-Shirt ships from the warehouse.

I'm not sure which size to order. Can you help?

Please refer to the following size chart. Chest is measured 1" down from the armhole (1/2 measurement). Length is center front length measured from highest point on the shoulders to the bottom hem:

Why is my T-Shirt a slightly different color than the one I ordered on screen?

The actual color of the T-Shirt and image colors may vary from the ones displayed on the screen due to each monitor performance/set up.

The design is smaller than I expected it to be.

Designs are printed on approximately 8"x8" area for XL and Large T-Shirt sizes and approximately 7"x7" for Medium and smaller T-Shirt sizes ordered.

What are the washing instructions for the T-Shirts. Will the T-Shirt shrink?

T-Shirts are machine washable in cold water, and may shrink up to 5% after washing.

I didn't receive an Order Confirmation email. Does that mean my order didn't go through?

If you completed all the steps of the checkout process and submitted your order successfully, your order was probably placed properly. If you don’t receive an Order Confirmation email, try checking your spam folder. You can also login to view your Account and Order History on the Ganz eStore to check on the status of your order. Please do not place the order again, as this could result in a duplicate shipment.

Can I cancel a T-Shirt order once it's been placed?

Your order can only be cancelled while in “Pending” status as indicated in your Order History. To cancel an order, you can do so by logging into your Account on the Ganz eStore, or you may call Consumer Support by phone at 1-888-818-8770 between the hours of 9am and 6pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

What delivery options are available and how much will it cost?

Ganz offers flat rate shipping via UPS, on orders under $200. Currently our order limit is $200.

Where do you deliver?

At this time, custom T-Shirts are only available for purchase and shipping within the Continental United States and Canada. We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or overseas military bases.

How will I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation by email which will include a UPS tracking number that you can use to track your order at www.ups.com.

I accidentally provided an incorrect address when I placed my order. What happens now?

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. UPS will make three delivery attempts. If the address is incorrect or undeliverable, UPS will abandon the package and Ganz bears no responsibility for the undelivered order. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address.

Am I responsible for customs charges?

All T-Shirts ship from Toronto, Canada. You are responsible for covering the cost of any applicable taxes, duties and customs charges. All costs are factored into the grand total of your order. No funds will be due upon receipt of the package.

What happens if I don’t like the design that I ordered? Can I return the T-Shirt?

All sales on Custom T-Shirts are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective.

As these are custom products, all sales on these T-Shirts are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to the Size Chart when ordering to ensure that you pick the right size.

My T-Shirt was defective when I received it. Can I return it and get a replacement?

Please carefully inspect your T-Shirt upon receipt. Please exercise care when opening the package, especially if using scissors. If the T-Shirt appears to be damaged, please submit the details to Customer Support within 7 days of receipt on the Ganz eStore Customer Support page and a representative will get back to you.
