What are eStore Points?
eStore Points is the currency that is used to purchase Online Pets and Online Items from the Ganz eStore. KinzCash does not work in the Ganz eStore and KinzCash cannot be exchanged or used to purchase eStore points. You can purchase eStore Points with a valid credit card so make sure to ask you parents for their permission. The Points purchased will be deposited into your eStore Account or given to you in a form of eStore Points code depending on your preference at the time of placing an order.

What can I do with eStore Points?
You can send them to someone as a gift or redeem them for Online Items and Online Pets that are exclusive to the Ganz eStore. These Online items and Online Pets are only available at Ganz eStore for use on a Webkinz.com account and cannot be sold back to the W Shop, traded or sent via KinzPost. At this time, however, a valid credit card is required for purchasing Plush Pets, T-Shirts and Deluxe Memberships and cannot be purchased using eStore points.

How are eStore points different from KinzCash?
KinzCash is the currency used in Webkinz World that is earned through activities and games played in the online world. eStore Points is the currency that is used to purchase Online Pets and Online Items exclusively from the Ganz eStore and can only be purchased by an adult over the age of 18 with a valid credit card. One cannot be exchanged for another.

Can I use eStore points to get KinzCash or purchase items from W Shop?
eStore points cannot be used to purchase KinzCash or items in the W Shop. Also, eStore items can not be sold at the W Shop for KinzCash. However, by purchasing an Online Pet from the Ganz eStore and adopting it to your account you will receive KinzCash for the adoption.

Can Ganz eStore items be purchased with KinzCash?
KinzCash cannot be used on the Ganz eStore. To purchase Online Pets for Webkinz or WebkinzJr., you will require eStore Points. To purchase eStore Points, Physical Plush Pets or Webkinz Deluxe Memberships, you will need a credit card.

Do I need to buy eStore Points to play Webkinz?
No, you do not. Purchasing exclusive Online items and pets from the Ganz eStore is an option for those who wish to expand their collections and enhance their Webkinz experience.

Can I send eStore points as a Gift?
Yes you can! Select the amount of points you would like to purchase. Under eStore Points Delivery Options, select "Give as a gift". Your eStore Points code will be sent to your email and also available for printing after your order is completed.

Can I use eStore Points to buy gifts for my friends?
Most exclusive online items and pets purchased with eStore points at the Ganz eStore cannot be sold back to the W Shop, traded or sent to your friends via KinzPost. However, you can purchase an eStore Points Code and then send it to a friend as gift.

Do eStore Points expire?
No, the eStore Points you purchased or deposited to your account will remain in your account balance until you use them to purchase online items or pets.

What payment methods do you accept?
The Ganz eStore accepts payment by American Express, Mastercard and Visa only. Ganz eStore does not support purchases made with gift cards of any kind, including those issued by credit card companies.

Can I return any unused eStore points for a refund?

I lost my code.
If you have lost the code(s) you purchased online, login to your account and check your order history to retrieve the code(s) you lost. Login to your account by clicking the "Log in" button on the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you login, click on the "Manage Account" button located on the left side of the screen and then the "Order History" button. From there you will be able to see all the transactions placed through your account, sorted by order number and date. You can then click on your order number to view your complete order details, including the codes you purchased. You can also print your codes for future reference by clicking the "Print Codes" button.

How do I check my eStore Points transactions history?
In order to view all transactions with eStore Points processed on your account you must first login to your account by clicking the "Log in" button on the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you login, click on the "Manage Account" button located on the left side of the screen and then the 'Points Transactions History' button. There you will be able to see all transactions performed with eStore Points and your account eStore Points balance progress. You can then click on "View" icon for each transaction to review your complete transaction details.

What is an eStore Points Code?
An eStore Points Code is a 14-digit code that you will receive when you purchase eStore Points as a gift. This code can be redeemed and deposited on the Ganz eStore and within the Webkinz World™ eStore. An eStore Points code can only be used one time.

Can the same code be used more than once?
No. Each code can only be used one time; once the code has been used it cannot be used again. Remember, Codes cannot be reset and used again for any reason. Once they are used there is no way to reset or transfer the codes so they can be used again.
