There are no refunds or exchanges for Webkinz World Deluxe Membership subscriptions, eStore Points, custom Tshirts, Online Items, Online Pets, or Webkinz Plush Pets.
Online item Feature Codes purchased through Ganz eStore can only be used on an active Webkinz World account and are to be redeemed at the Code Shop on webkinz.com. Webkinz Pet Secret Codes are to be used at the Adoption Center on webkinz.com. Webkinz Jr. Pet Codes are to be used in the Parent's Area on webkinzjr.com. All codes are unique and can only be used once.
Webkinz Plush Pets are available for purchase through Ganz eStore to those residing in select countries only.
